A diet rich in things from the earth is not just for vegetarians, but many of us are only comfortable with the basics of meat and potato cookery. During the winter months in the Oregon, it can be tough to be a vegetarian, but here at The Kitchen at Middleground Farms, our plates are full of the most beautiful bounty. You'll learn to work with vegetables in a new one, to create variation in your diet. Join us as we gain inspiration from the winter vegetable harvest, and learn how to each a rich, filling and satisfying plant based diet - even if you want to add meat your menu! |

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
- You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
- Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
- You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
