A new series for 'tweens & teens!

When "there is nothing to eat", there is always pasta. Send your up and coming chefs to us to learn the secrets to upgrade everyone’s favorite easy weeknight meal. We’ll surprise you with how quick and easy it is to make fresh pasta yourself and give you an easy-to-remember recipe for pasta dough.

We’ll fill and wrap some of our pasta dough into tortellini for a flavorful pasta salad perfect for picnics (or tomorrow’s lunch). We’ll make sauce for the rest - a flexible pesto that can be made with any herbs or greens and a classic creamy sauce perfect for all seasons.  You'll even learn a refreshing summer dessert. Join us for an al dente feast!

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
