BRUNCH AND BUBBLES: Cinco de Mayo Fiesta

We’re not sure there is a better way to celebrate Mexico’s incredible cuising than through some brunch classics!

You’ll learn how to masterfully cook eggs - two ways - to go with homemade tortillas (you’ll never want a store bought one again!) and we will go over the finer points of chilaquiles, with all the sauces and fixins you could ask for. Plus, we can't let you leave without enjoying a delicious pan dulce that we'll make from scratch.

We are going to have a blast making all your Mexican breakfast favorites!

  • Delicious, fluffy Latin pastries

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
