BRUNCH & BUBBLES: FRENCH SUMMERTIME
Sunday, June 14th, 11 am - 2 pm
What makes a great combination? You, a few of your closest friends on a farm on a beautiful Sunday morning, glass of sparkling wine in hand with the not so distant sound of a rooster crowing while you feast on a variety of early summertime brunch treats.
Eggs straight from the farm, fresh asparagus, tangy chevre will fill out a menu of crisp salad and some French classics. We'll make a sharable twist on deviled eggs that doesn't require you to perfectly peel eggs (so stressful!). You'll master Croque Madame - a savory ham and gruyere treat. Plus, we can't let you walk away without enjoying dessert, so we'll show you another use for your remaining loaf of brioche that is chock-full of creamy almond paste and tangy rhubarb.
If that sounds like a great way to spend a Sunday morning, we can't wait for you to join us!
