EASY WEEKNIGHT MEALS: PROTEIN POWER

The days are quickly shortening and afternoons are filled with activities and intramurals – who has time for an involved meal? Join us in The Kitchen to learn the secrets for putting a nutritive, seasonal, high protein meal on the table in a jiffy. Whether it’s working ahead on easy-to-reheat hand pies or creating the perfect hands-off sheet pan meal – you’ll learn basic cooking techniques that celebrate the bounty of winter. As always, this hands on cooking class culminates in a family style meal around our beautiful barnwood tables. A welcome cocktail and an additional glass of wine with dinner are included. Additional wine and beer is available to purchase. |

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
- You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
- Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
- You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
