The cuisine of Thailand is as diverse as it is delicious — bright herbs, fiery spice, and perfect balance in every bite. In this hands-on class, we’ll explore some of the core techniques and pantry staples that make Thai cooking so exciting and adaptable to your own seasonal kitchen.
We will teach you how to make your new favorite steak salad - that will make dinner a breeze all summer long. We'll share our secrets for making delectable homemade curry paste for a curry full of fresh spring produce and show you how to best prepare rice noodles loaded with flavor, all while learning to balance the salty, sour and sweet that is the Thai food!
