BRUNCH & BUBBLES: TOUR OF EUROPE

Take a tour of Europe on this April Sunday in the way of breakfast! We’ll take a little bit of everything that is good from the other side of the Atlantic Ocean and bring it to your table. You’ll learn a breakfast treat loved in Bavaria, a classic Kaiserschmarrn (say that three times fast), a traditional egg and potato dish from Spain, and find savory and sweet applications to enjoy Eastern European bourek.

YOU WILL LEARN

  • Techniques for the tallest souffles
  • Mixing and seasoning homemade sausage
  • A foolproof pastry dough for handpies



Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
