Overview
HOLIDAY BAKING STARTS HERE
Saturday, November 7th, 10 am - 1 pm
The holidays may still be a few weeks away, but the best baking traditions are worth getting a head start on! Whether you're the person who fills tins with homemade cookies, loves bringing something sweet to a holiday gathering, or dreams of giving beautiful gifts from your own kitchen, this class is for you.
Join us for a cozy day of baking on the farm as we share some of our favorite techniques for creating memorable holiday treats. We'll explore the secrets to tender, buttery cookies, perfectly spiced cakes, and the art of working with sugar and chocolate — all while sharing clever make-ahead strategies, freezer-friendly recipes, and a few chef tricks to make holiday baking feel less like a marathon and more like a joy.
We'll also tackle one of the most versatile skills in a baker's repertoire: making caramel from scratch! Imagine a drizzle of homemade caramel taking your Thanksgiving pie to a whole new level, or a beautiful little jar tucked into a hostess gift or wrapped up for someone special at Christmas. It's a simple skill with delicious possibilities.
Class culminates in a family-style light lunch around our beautiful barnwood tables. Enjoy a glass of wine, beer, or a non-alcoholic beverage upon arrival and another with dinner.
