FOODIE'S NIGHT OUT: MEDITERRANEAN AUTUMN
Thursday, September 4th, 6 pm - 9 pm
Take a culinary journey along the sun-drenched coasts of the Mediterranean during this immersive, hands-on evening in The Kitchen. With a region so rich in flavor, history, and tradition, we could explore its dishes every night and never run out of inspiration. Tonight, we’ll dip into several coastal cultures—each dish telling a delicious story of spice, sea, and season.
Together we’ll prepare and enjoy a vibrant autumn feast featuring smoky eggplant, grilled lamb, tangy feta, and warm flatbread from the wood-fired oven. Come ready to cook, taste, and fall in love with the flavors of the Mediterranean.

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
- You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
- Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
- You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
