Are you new to cast iron cooking or want to learn a few new ideas for brunch? Join us to learn why it makes a difference to use cast iron for sautéing, baking and grilling.
From brunch entree through dessert, you’ll discover a few new favorite go-to recipes that are simply better out of a hot cast iron pan. Not to mention adorable as well.
We’ll give you the tricks to make the perfect baked egg, assemble an updated version of a Spanish classic and watch a Dutch baby rise and keep rising before your eyes!
You will leave confident and informed about how to best utilize and care for your cast iron.
