FOODIE'S NIGHT OUT: NUEVAS TAPAS
Thursday, April 23rd, 6 pm - 9 pm
So many great things come from a Spanish pantry; saffron, manchego, chorizo, pimenton, anchovy, sherry vinegar! We’ll use them all to create a celebration around the traditional Spanish small plates – tapas and pintxos! We’ll use fresh, seasonal Pacific Northwest seafood to make delectable dishes in cast iron pans.We’ll celebrate Spanish cheese like Cabrales and Manchego as fillings. You’ll also learn other great tapas techniques and sauces to round out the meal. Class culminates with a delicious meal enjoyed family style around our beautiful barn wood tables!

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
- You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
- Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
- You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
