Spring is here and that means busy nights and too much take-out. We have you covered in this Weeknight Pasta Class filled with all your favorite flavors. Join us to learn the art of making your own fresh pasta!

We’ll help you learn how easy it is to create and roll fresh dough and make quick delicious sauces. We’ll talk about how to utilize that box of orzo in the back of your cupboard to make an elegant and quick meal.

Don’t let your busy spring schedule keep you from eating like the foodie you know you are deep down - these pasta dishes will come together faster than you think!

ON THE MENU

  • Extruded pasta with Weeknight Tomato Sauce and Meatballs
  • Fettuccine Florentine with Roasted Chicken 
  • Orzo Limone with Broccolini

Highlights

YOU WILL LEARN

  • to use an extruder to make pasta (maybe even convince you to buy your own extruder!)
  • to make fettuccine
  • to make delicious quick sauces to make even boxed pasta sing!

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
