 Join us to learn the art of making your own fresh pasta!

When was the last time you actually used your pasta machine? Come join us on the farm for a beautiful summer evening, exploring a variety of ways to keep your summer pasta repertoire exciting! Different shapes, new sauces, and delightful ways to use our famous Oregon summer bounty.

We’ll help you learn how easy it is to create and roll fresh dough and make quick delicious sauces. We’ll talk about how to utilize that box of orzo in the back of your cupboard to make an elegant and quick meal.

  • Pici Pasta with Fresh Tomato Sauce with Herbs
  • Pesto Agnolotti with Butter and Lemon
  • Fettuccine Primavera with Braised Middleground Farms Pork Shoulder
  • Fettuccine Florentine with Roasted Chicken 
  • Orzo Limone with Broccolini

Highlights

YOU WILL LEARN

  • to use an extruder to make pasta (maybe even convince you to buy your own extruder!)
  • to make fettuccine
  • to make delicious quick sauces to make even boxed pasta sing!

Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
