MEDITERRANEAN STREET FOOD: STREET FOOD FEAST!
Wednesday, February 18th, 6 pm - 9 pm


Inspired by the vibrant night markets that come alive across the Easter Mediterranean, this hands-on class celebrates the bold, colorful dishes that bring people together, and make you want to travel!

We'll cover many culinary techniques, from rolling out flatbread to shaping kebab, during an evening filled with spice, texture, and aroma - a night of culinary adventure!

  • Crispy Falafel with Green Tahini Sauce
  • Beef & Lamb Kafta with Garlicky Yogurt and Pickled Onions

  • Israeli Chopped Salad with Sumac & Mint

  • layering flavor with spice blends & herbs
  • shaping kafta, falafel and flatbread dough
  • emulsified and pureed sauces


Our cooking classes are immersive hands-on experiences. You are welcome to do as much or as little as you want in class!
  • You will be greeted with a welcome beverage and snacks will be provided.
  • Classes culminate in a family style meal around our barn wood tables towards the end of class.
  • You’ll have access to a packet of recipes from the class so you can repeat them at home.
